Your Team Synergy program will utilize an action learning process. Simply put, it means that you can count on us to get everyone involved and working towards common goals. If you're afraid that it looks too physical, don't be. We are experts at working with all types of groups and designing programs to suit every level of physical ability. Some of our clients include Sight Impaired Students, "At-Risk" Student Programs, Mainstream Public/Private Schools, Sam Houston State University Management & Organizational Behavior Classes, and numerous denominational Church groups (youth to adults). You can count on us to create experiences that are tailored to the specific needs of your group and the goals you identify.

• Staff Development Seminars - dynamic lessons on self-image, communication styles, conflict resolution skills, personality inventories and "A Valuable Person Achieving." These workshop/seminars are not your typical "boring" lectures. You can expect to be an active participant in these revealing programs. These workshops are ideal for professional staff and teachers.
• Mobile Teambuilding Systems - many of our clients request programs "on-site" as part of a meeting or conference in a location other than our Outdoor Learning Center. The Mobile Teambuilding System is perfectly suited to "life on the road." We bring many of the same activities found at our Outdoor Learning Center to you. The Mobile Teambuilding System includes hundreds of options for team challenges, creative problem solving, effective communication and team development. From indoor sessions within your offices to a park or meeting facility, Team Synergy will gladly come to you.
• The Outdoor Learning Center - Team Synergy's Outdoor Learning Center is a beautiful action learning campus tucked in the pine trees of Huntsville, Texas. This site includes an extensive trail system leading to a wide range of ground level and high ropes team challenges. The site also includes group meeting areas and a picnic center in the natural setting. Our catered meals and popular barbecue pit create the perfect touch for your adventure experience. Many groups chose to experience the over-night "survival" program. Just ask for more details.
