• We provide a physical "on-site" inspection with detailed written report. We will inspect every aspect of your challenge course and adventure program. We will make repairs and recommendations.

• Allow our staff the opportunity to listen and discuss your goals. We will help you choose from several options and designs based upon your unique program needs.

• We will build the course to the latest national building standards. Safety and "user-friendliness" are built into every course. Your total satisfaction is our goal. We offer a wide range of activities, low and high elements, towers, and climbing walls (indoor and outdoor). Using only the finest materials, these can be built into trees and/or telephone poles on your site.

I want to thank Paul Short and all the folks at Team Synergy for being so responsive to our needs. It is very important to us that our campers (children with medical, physical, and developmental challenges) have those same opportunities to have fun, make lifelong friendships, and participate and succeed in the same exciting activities most children experience at summer camp. When I first contacted Paul and explained what we are trying to do, he respected and understood our philosophy. When the Team Synergy construction crew arrived to begin building our elements, Paul made sure we were included in and consulted every step of the way. When I called a couple weeks later with a concern, Paul traveled several hundred miles out of his way to make some adjustments to insure I felt completely comfortable. It's very rare these days to find an organization that is responsive and sensitive to the needs of their customers, no matter how special or complicated they might be. We are two-thirds through our camping season and the response from the campers to our "Adventure/Challenge XTREME Course" has been fantastic. The self-esteem just keeps on growing.
