    Facilitator / Instructor Training Qualifications:

    The purpose of this training is to familiarize one with the philosophy of Challenge Courses, the technical safety aspects, and the processing soft-skills associated with this experiential education field. The following criteria is established for your safety and the safety of the participants entrusted to your care:

    1. The minimum age requirement is 18 years of age. There must be maturity shown and demonstrated at all times by the Instructor applicant.
    2. The Instructor applicant must attend the entire training.
    3. The Instructor applicant must score 85% or higher on the written test and achieve a practical skills rating of 8 or better. (Practical skills rating scale is 1 - 10.)
    4. We strongly recommend American Red Cross First Aid/CPR Training.

    It is a good idea that the Instructor Applicant be in good physical condition.
