Ropes/challenge courses and rock-climbing can be dangerous and result in serious injury and even death. Products sold by Team Synergy, Inc. are intended for use by professionals trained and experienced in the use, inspection and maintenance of these products. Proper training, knowledge and good judgment with this equipment is needed before using this specialized equipment.

  LIMITS OF LIABILITY: Team Synergy, Inc. is not responsible for any damages resulting from abuse, proper or improper use of this equipment. Since these risks are out of the control of Team Synergy, Inc. the liability shifts to the user/purchaser.
  DUTIES OF THE PURCHASER: The purchaser or user of the these products is responsible for reading the product instructions and labels. The inspection of the product immediately after receipt as well as before and after each use is the responsibility of the purchaser/user. Do not alter the product in any way or exceed the limitations of the equipment or the user's skills. Use adequate safety precautions. And remember... "When in doubt... throw it out!" Replace the equipment according to recommended guidelines or when wear is evident.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
We will make every effort to fill your order promptly (see Deliver below). If the item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. Some items may vary in color due to manufacturer's availability.

PRICES:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are in U.S. dollars

PAYMENT:
Payment shall be in legal tender of the United States. Purchase Orders are accepted. Invoicing terms are available for qualified programs (Programs must fill out a credit application - Terms Net 30). A finance charge of 2% per month (24% annually) will be applied to past due accounts. All fees incurred in collecting a past due account are the responsibility of the purchaser. MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER are accepted. When writing a check, please make payable to Team Synergy, Inc. (Include your driver's license number and date of birth.) A $25.00 service fee will be charged for every check returned by the bank.

SALES TAX:
Texas residents must add 8.25% to the subtotal of the order. If your organization is tax-exempt, please fax a copy of your Tax ID number.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Team Synergy, Inc. provides FREE shipping on orders of $400.00 or more, with the exception of hardware items such as cable, and other heavy items. On items less than $400.00 the shipping and handling fee will be 10% of the order. Call for overnight and rush delivery orders.

DELIVERY:
In-stock items will ship the day after the order via USPS or UPS. Most customers will receive the merchandise within 4 to 6 business days after the order has been processed. At Team Synergy, Inc's discretion, items my be drop shipped from the factory.

RETURN POLICY:
Please call Team Synergy, Inc. for authorization of Return Goods before returning any merchandise. The purchaser must pay freight on returns and a minimum restocking fee of 15% of the total will be charged unless otherwise specified. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ROPES, CUSTOM SPLICED ROPES AND WEBBING PRODUCTS.
